Cold storage mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry for low-temperature storage of pharmaceutical products.
1、The cold storage is equipped with a backup refrigeration unit to ensure the normal operation of the cold storage when the commonly used unit stops working due to a malfunction, so as not to affect the storage of drugs, vaccines, and related products and equipment in the warehouse. 2、The refrigeration unit and heat exchanger are made of reliable components (customized according to user requirements), using excellent materials, and undergo strict factory inspections to ensure low failure rates, low noise, energy and power savings, and reliable operation. 3、The refrigeration control system adopts fully automatic microcomputer electrical control technology to automatically monitor, record, and regulate the temperature and humidity of the storage area. It is equipped with a temperature and humidity recorder with high-precision sensors and a fault alarm device to ensure the normal storage of drugs, vaccines, and related equipment in the warehouse. Design parameters for pharmaceutical cold storage: Vaccine cold storage: 0 ℃~8 ℃, storing vaccines and pharmaceuticals; Drug cold storage: 2 ℃~8 ℃, storing drugs and biological products; Blood storage facility: 1 ℃~5 ℃ for storing blood, pharmaceutical and biological products; Low temperature insulation warehouse: -30 ℃~-20 ℃ for storing plasma, biomaterials, vaccines, and reagents; Ultra low temperature storage: Store placenta, semen, stem cells, plasma, bone marrow, and biological samples at -80 ℃~-30 ℃.
