In 2019, Dashang invested in the establishment of a R&D laboratory and a production factory for cold storage warehouse insulation boards in Changzhou, Jiangsu.

The factory covers an area of over 50000 square meters. And it specializes in the research and production of energy-saving insulation materials for cold storage. The products include PIR/PUR sandwich panels, rock wool sandwich panels, rock wool and PIR/PUR double sandwich panels, various cold storage insulation doors, and loading and unloading platform systems, etc.

The company has imported advanced fully automatic continuous production lines from Italy，which is one of the most advanced insulation board production lines in China,with an annual production capacity of 6 million square meters of insulation boards.The length of a single production line is over 260 meters, and the foaming system adopts a 5-component foaming process. It includes 141B foam system and pentane foam system, with the core part of the foam being a double track machine with a length of 38 meters,that effectively ensuring the uniformity of foam density and insulation performance of the insulation board.

This production line can produce PU insulation boards, PR insulation boards, and various other types of composite insulation boards with thicknesses ranging from 50~250mm. The insulation boards can be made of galvanized color steel plate with a material range of 0.4~1.0mm, stainless steel plate with a material range of 0.4~1.0mm, and patterned aluminum plate, etc.

The double track machine is the core part of the automatic continuous production line and is the key to ensuring the performance of the insulation board.  The longer the double track machine, the more complete the chemical reaction between polyols and isocyanates, and the more solid the molecular structure formed, resulting in superior insulation, stability, and fire resistance of the product. Our company's fully automated production line has a track machine length of up to 38 meters, which is currently one of the longest track machines in China and an important guarantee for product quality and performance.

Dashang established a refrigeration compressor unit production factory in Qingdao, Shandong in 2018.
